On September 26th, 2011 CBAD President Doug Mader flew to Fremont, California for the USADB/Regional Officers retreat. We all made many difficult and challenging changes. Regional and USADB Board feel the changes will lead to a stronger organization for Regional and USADB as a whole. Once again the retreat was well worth our time and money.
CBAD is happy to report that the officers of the USADB and
7 regionals are happy and ready to work together again for our
loyal players and fans.

@ Chicago
Hi CBAD teams,
I will have 3 Stands (booths) located at Indianapolis Motor Speedway during 3 racing events (Indy 500, Brickyard 400 and Red Bull Moto Grand Prix) during the summer of 2012.
I want to offer your teams a chance to work at Indianapolis Motor Speedway to raise funds for your team. We will be selling brats, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, tenderloins, chips, sodas, and beer. We do not need to buy any food or drinks. IMS will provide all the necessary items. All you have to do is show up, open the stands, sell items, clean up, and close the stands. It will be approx. 10-12 hours work per day.
If your team wants to work on any of the days listed below. Your share of the money will go to CBAD to cover your CBAD team flat fee ($350) and USADB team fee ($350) for 2013. You will get approx. $40 per person per day.
I encourage you to discuss this with your team and decide which days your team wants to work. Each team will need to work on Race day and one other day totalling 2 days. Your team may choose to work 2 extra days

KODA,
I want to offer you an opportunity to raise funds to go towards your child's KODA Camp fee during the summer of 2012 . Each interested child will need to work a total of 4 days in May and July. Each child needs 3 helpers for each day working at IMS. The Helpers would need to be at least 16 years old. Each child will receive $480 for working the 4 day total.
If interested or want more information, contact Doug Mader CBAD President at President@cbad.ws
Figures showed is based on earning of 12,000 divided by 292 people. If we earn less $40 will go down little bit or if we earn more money $40 will go up.
292 is the number We need to work all summer. Take a look on your left side column and count it.
